Mustafa Gönden’s Football Career and Contributions

Mustafa Gönden was born on August 1, 1975, in Bursa. He started his football journey in the youth academy of Oyak Renault Sports Club between 1982 and 1994. From 1994 to 2008, he pursued a professional football career.

During this period, he played 12 times for the Turkish U-21 National Team. He played football in both Asia and Europe. After retiring from professional football, he founded Mustafa Gönden Professional Football Academy (MGPFA).

In 2016, he established Mustafa Gönden Sports Club, which continues its activities to this day.

Through his football schools and sports club, he organizes professional camps and events. He founded the Junior League Bursa tournament, which is traditionally held annually with youth teams in Bursa, and it continues to take place every year.

Since 2019, he has been serving as a Board Member of the Turkish Football Professionals Association and as the Bursa Football Director.

In the 2020-21 season, he worked as the Sporting Director of Bursaspor Club.

Since 2022, he has been organizing the Best Young Players Camp.
